Okay okay okay not much time so I'll get to the good stuff.  We had a baptism  this Saturday  and her name is Katia. She's awesome and it went well. Balti is the best. Yesterday we had a super nice lady from English invite us to her house and we were expecting something normal but psych no it turns out she's super rich and fed us one of the best meals I've ever had in my life no joke. Moldovans know how to cook.  Random things: -They have these things called kebabs here and you might be thinking of shishkababs but no they're different and their this cool turkish thing. Super good. And then they have shishkababs. Different but also super good. I just realized that half of the time in my emails I'm talking about food so yeah that gives you a small picture of how good the food is.  -We've been doing a lot more block knocking and its still my favorite thing ever. We meet people and have fun stories everytime. -I had to fix the tire on the car w...

Sooo yet another crazy and great week here in Balti. I honestly don't have any big things this week but just a lot of old people. a lot. But I love the people here like crazy and this is pretty much the greatest city ever. We feel kind of isolated from the world which is actually kind of nice. Soo naturally we've had some crazy and funny stories from it: -The first day we went out to the edge of Balti to block knock and it was super creepy and there was this weird clicking noise that stopped when they shined the light on it but then it continued after they turned it off.  -One of the days we finished one of the blocks and there was a guy outside of the block...

Heyo everyone it's been a crazy week and a lot of funny things that i'll forget about. Also we're currently in an internet cafe and it's terrible so don't mind the mistakes and also pictures will come later. So right off the bat this week we did some service for a funeral and we didn't much about it just one of the members asked us to move a coffin around and we're like sure that would be a great service opportunity. So our day started off with us riding in the back of a black van just chilling next to a dead body of this old moldovan guy. Also the roads are terrible here so the van was bumping around while this body is shaking back and forth. A very pleasant experience. They have this tradition here where you give out presents to everyone that comes to a funeral so we got some towels and candy and stuff so that was nice. Next we went and buried the body and then headed to a lunch that they told us to go to. So at each table there was a big bottle of v...
