We had another persian party this week and they said "happy easter or should i say happy wester" and then they lost their minds they thought it was so funny haha We celebrated Easter for the 2nd time this week because they have Orthodox Easter here. They have some fun traditions. People here get really happy around Easter time and so I really like it here. Yesterday we had a contacting session where we wrote on a whiteboard "What's your favorite part of Easter" and then people wrote their answers on the board. It was sweet people here are great. Not too much this week happened but we had some ups and downs. We had some good lessons with investigators and had some investigators drop us so it's been good and bad. I'm still loving the work though and it's been the greatest.  I gave a talk this Sunday and naturally I talked about Jesus Christ and His resurrection. Happy Easters everyone Христос воскрес! Во истину воскрес! It's been a real swell time down here in Nova D and we've been seeing some great things happen. First of all I'm exhausted because we've been putting in some work here and it's been nice. the weather has been gorgeous. Annnnd it was a pretty mild week honestly not too much to report on. We had an persian party with some of our iranian friends and it was super good, we learned a little bit of persian as well. Amazing people. We did a whole lot of contacting this week and we got destroyed. Three days in a row we had one person eat up like an hour of our time. Time #1 was prideful orthodox guy who said that you can't feel the holy ghost? but was nice enough. Time #2 was super nice babushka who just told us story on story about how she met zelenskii and other random political things and time #3 was the worst conversation I've ever had on the street and honestly I should've handled it better b...

So we had transfers this week and it's crazy because this next transfer is my last full transfer on a mission. It still hasn't really sunk in yet.  We ate at a members house this last monday and after we were leaving elder day took a spill and wrecked his ankle so we were stuck inside for a couple days. I've never played so much durak in my life haha but it was a good break I guess, you gotta look at the positives. Unfortunately we had a lot of lessons set up that we couldn't get to but it's not too bad. We also had interviews this week and it was super great I love President Kumferman so much he's the best. While we were waiting for interviews we got to play games and talk to Sister Kumferman and MAN I LOVE THE KUMFERMANS.  We gave Elder Day a blessing this week and it's crazy because as soon as we gave him a blessing he didn't have a problem moving around and we were able to do everything at 100% again it was so cool. It's been a fun week.  Basically every week from Monday-Friday we don't have much going on and no one can really meet with us so we just do a lot of contacting and as soon as it hits Saturday everything hits the fan and we're literally running to be everywhere. Gotta love work schedules. We had some service this week so we helped some people move and we also got to clean up a park so we had a good time. We have a lot of investigators and they're all super cool but we don't have a lot of progress and they all have problems that keep them from progressing but it's been really good meeting with them. We have good things happening. Conference was amazing! I still have to watch all of the sessions but it's been super good so far. I love my companions and the ward so things are going well! Hey It's been a suuuper good week and we had some fun stuff this week. We were gone wednesday and thursday in Lviv and so most of the time we were on a train going there and coming back. Monday night we went to a members house and they fed us burgers and so that was a rare delicasy and they were quite good too so that was great. Tuesday we had a lesson in the morning with a new investigator and we went to another members house that night. We hopped on a train that morning and got wrecked on a 8 hr ride. Lviv was such a cool city and it actually felt like I was in Europe it was crazy. Imagine that Paris and Siberia had a child and you get a kind of good idea of what Lviv is like. It was really cool. The next day we had a conference for trainers and it was also really good.
