Hello everyone it's been a pretty great week here in Balti and it's been the usual missionary grind. We had a break week for English this week so we've been advertising like crazy. We had some good lessons this week and I'm super grateful for all the experiences that I've had on my mission so far. This morning we went to this ruined building thing and it reminded me TONS of Goshen Ut with the boys (s/o Champs). But this past week we saw some great things happen. I think that Sunday was the best of it, we had 4 potentials come to church this past week so that was a huge blessing that we saw. We're starting to see some change here and there is a lot of potential here in Balti. It's been kind of a struggle for me to work through the slow parts but we're starting to see some changes and some miracles here. It's amazing to see how much better live is when you're focusing on others. We had another fun experience with Skvozniak(a ...

Hey guys It's been a super good week and we had some fun stuff this week. I started the week with an exchange with Elder Lindsey and he's the coolest guy out so it was a blast. We also have some of the same friends (s/o Steph and Keyera) so that's super fun. We went out to the village to teach our investigator Женя and it was just great. Being a missionary is great. We left wednesday night to go to Chisinau and we left with the Carons and they're the best senior couple out. We stayed the night with Elder Rybitskii and Dumbrell and it was sweet because it was Elder Rybitskii's last time seeing us (he is dying on Wednesday). We had interviews with President on Thursday and it was great because President Kumferman is the man. He's so wise and I learn so much every time we meet. There was a problem with the Moldovan elders getting Ukrainian visas this last transfer so after this next transfer we should have the opportunity to go to Ukraine which wil...

Hey guys Alright I'm going to be completely honest, nothing really happened this week so this is going to be a pretty lame email. School started here in Balti and so it means that the work is automatically 2x slower but we've been working hard to find out what we can do better here. The weather has been rainy/gloomy so it's been super nice We had some very, very spiritual lessons this week and I'm so grateful for the Spirit in Missionary work and I'm really starting to figure out how amazing of a teacher the Spirit is. I don't have much other than that so I'll hit you up with a great talk to listen to---> Courage + Action + Grace = Healing. It's a byu speech and it's super good so listen to it! I love you all! -Старейшина Уайтинг

Zdraztvoite vsem It's been a super uplifting week and I've learned so much. We had a mission tour this week with a member of the 70, Elder Golden. He's from South Africa so he had the coolest accent and he taught me so much in just one day. I never thought that I would end up loving listening to 3 hours of church doctrine but look at me now. I swear all I want to do is play guitar and read church history haha what happened. I love missions. Other than Mission tour not too much has been going on. We ran into some American girl missionaries at this restaurant and they spoke eng and russian so we felt so exposed bc we couldn't speak in eng or russian without them understanding. And they were cute so that's how we figured out that the apostasy is real. To explain my subject Elder Lindsey this week tried to see if we could get a discount if we bought a lot of pizzas but he accidentally said "birds" instead of "pizzas" so we were laughing ab...

Hello everyone from the Republic of Moldova. It's been a fun week. We had an exchange with the ZL's this past week and it was weird speaking in english the whole time (they're Romanian speaking). They're hilarious though and it was a blast contacting with them. We grabbed a huge whiteboard and wrote "за что вы благодарны?" which means "what are you thankful for" and we got some great responses from some really grumpy people. We were like "hey what are you grateful for in your life?" and they're like "NOTHING IM ON A PENSION" and we're like "haha okay I'm sorry" it was great. Just trying to spread some good tiding of great joy but people are a bit grumpy. But it was cool because we ended up getting the whiteboard filled out. We also had probably the sketchiest service activity this week and I'm not talking about dangerous but it was just crazy weird. We have this really awesome/crazy lady in the branc...

Hey everybody I'm feeling 100% this week thanks for asking. Life in Balti, Moldova is absolute bliss and when I say that it means I'm working crazy hard and I've never slept so well in my life. We went to a farm in the middle of nowhere this week to tell an old man to stop smoking so that he can be baptized and we were thinking about that this week and it's kind of weird that it's normal now. I love missions. Honestly not anything new this week I'll go over the interesting things from the week: -I bought a guitar and so I'll be shredding by the time I get back -We had 5 investigators at church so that was a HUGE blessing -I've been listening to an insane number of byu speeches but I love it -this is a sad email Welllll I love you guys and I can't think about anything that happened this week but I hope you have the best week. Go read this scripture---> Matthew 18:21-22 -Старейшина Уайтинг ...
