Hey guys Holidays here are pretty fun because they have normal christmas and new year but they also have the russian christmas and new year which is celebrated on the 7th of january and the 14th of january. So Christmas is still in full swing here.  It's been a crazy week with new years and everything. We celebrated it in the same apartment as we did last year and me and elder walch were the only ones who were there last year during new years. Crazy.  Right after new years we went to Kiev for a couple days. funny story. So we get to the airport around 6 am and our flight leaves around 7am. We enter the airport and realize that we had forgotten our passports and so we had to rush back home (20-25 minutes away) and we were praying so hard that we would make it back on time to catch our flight and we did so booyah miracles exist.  While in Kiev we had an exchange with the assistants and it was so fun. The next day we had MLC and got to discuss our plans for the new...

Hello everyone  So I heard that yesterday was the last 3 hour church block but it's funny because my last 3 hour church block was a year and a half ago so I'm already one step ahead. It's been a really good week with lots of fun stuff.  Christmas was a blast and the best part by far was getting to talk to the fam. We also got to watch some movies. We watched Saratov Approach and It's a Wonderful Life. Saratova approach was fun because I understood the russian and make fun of the translations haha. It's a wonderful life has to be one of the best movies ever and it makes me so grateful for literally everything I have in my life. We also had a white elephant where I won a chicken hat, super kontiki, and an american flag tie. yee yee. I gave away squirrel socks and some pepper spray.  We went on an exchange this week with some Romanian speakers this week and so I got to go with Elder Smith on an exchange and we had way too much fun haha. Chisinau is great.  ...

Is by singing loud for all to hear Hey everyone!! M E R R Y  C H R I S T M A S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's already my second Christmas on the mission it's so crazy. Time flies. It's been a fun week. We went on an exchange with the elders in Orhei. They're doing great and they have a baptismal date coming up. We found a kebab place here that is run by a turkish guy and it's SO GOOD.  We had our Christmas sacrament meeting yesterday and it was so great. We had so many families there and it was loud. I now love loud sacrament meetings. We had some cute singing performances and we ate some  d*ng good food. I love moldovan food if I have never mentioned it before. We're still working hard and trying to help people come unto Christ! Christmas is the best and I love you all so much! Give your families (or companions) a hug for this Christmas season and let's all have a very merry Christmas. Much Love - Старейшина Уайтинг ...

Hey hey how's everyone doing? send me updates pls.  but it's been a pretty normal week.  My companion got a mad flu for the first few days of the week so we spent most of the day inside cleaning. It's funny because he got a flu shot and I didn't and yet the tables turned quite nicely. S/O to my immune system. He got sick right after he drank ice in his soda for the first time in a while so he (jokingly) blames in on that. (it's a weird european superstition thing that you'll get sick from ice in your drink). I haven't had ice in my drink since ... Also he ate tuna right before he recovered so just know that if you ever get sick that you can eat tuna and it might help. Also this week I found sALSA IN OUR LITTLE STORE. So I ate tuna with ritz crackers and salsa with tortilla chips. I'm now just a little bit trunky. Super cool though because I haven't eaten them in forever. The weather has been pretty warm recently so we haven't had much s...
