Hey everyone I would just like to start out by saying that we have been doing a really unhealthy amount of dabbing in the past week and it's been really ironically cringe-y. It's been good. Being a trainer has been really fun and also hard because I don't know what I'm doing? but also I've been having a blast with my companions they're hilarious.  I also thought my russian was okay until we had an investigator ask if we believe in exorcisms and the number 666 so it's been qutie an eventful week. We had zone conference this week and as usual it was SO GOOD. I love zone conferences. We talked about scripture study and how important it is and man it honestly changes the entire day for me. I can literally feel the difference in my day when I have a good study and when I don't.  Other than Zone Conference we just had some random stuff, we taught a bunch of lessons this week, also got bunged a lot. Pretty much the usual. Contacting here isn't the g...

It's been a pretty fun week and I'm quite tired. We had an exchange this week with the zone leaders and I was with Elder Read and he's hilarious I was laughing the whole time.  We played gatorball today and I'm destroyed Our investigator came to church and he's super rad I'm still adjusting to life in Ukraine so that's been fun Honestly this whole week was a lot of contacting so I don't have a lot to report on but it was a good week and we have zone conference this next week and I'm excited! Hope everyone has a great week! Go read your scriptures and say your prayers pls!  Love you all -Старейшина Уайтинг

Hey everyone it's been a pretty exciting week to say the least I am now in Kiev and it's been pretty crazy so far there are tons and tons of soviet blocks everywhere so that's been cool. It's a huge city so it takes us a while to get everywhere.  Tuesday we said goodbye to everyone and it was my last day in Moldova. I flew out wednesday morning and said goodbye to people at the airport and it was really sad.  I flew into Kiev that morning and instantly took a taxi to the temple building. The guys driving was pretty young and played russian rap the whole time haha. Also he spoke some crazy Surzhyk (mix between russian and ukrainian) so I didn't understand anything. A lot of people speak Ukrainian here so it's pretty crazy. I met my companions on wednesday and they're so great we've been having a good time. There's Elder Day and Elder Prolo. Elder Day is from Lehi, Utah and lives by the rodeo so that's pretty crazy that we live so close a...

So it's been a crazy week. To start off we found out transfers this week and I found out that I am going to Ukraine! It's really weird for me because I've been living in Moldova for a year and a half so it's almost like leaving home again. It's been bittersweet but I'm also excited to see what the future has in store. I'm going to Nova Darnytsia which is the south-eastern part of the capital Kiev. I'm super excited and I also get to train which is going to be way fun. I'll be in a trio training so it'll be interesting to see how that works out. We've had some fun stuff this week including: 1) Johnny got baptized this week and it was a huge miracle! I got to teach him a couple times and it's awesome to see the change that he's made.  2) I think that I probably made the worst language mistake of my life. I was translating a talk for Elder Caron during the baptism and during his talk he talked about a scout group that went to go ...
