Hello everyone & добре день. It's been a crazy wild week and so I'll kick it off but first I need to give a big ol' birthday shout out to Leonardo DiCaprio thanks for being the greatest influence in my life. Oh yeah and also my Dad. Happy bday. (jokes jokes). And also I thought bc it's the month of the best holiday I might as well throw some quotes as my subject title of one of the best christmas movies of all time. Let's get it

Okay so last monday was probably the best Pday yet bc we actually did something. We decided to go and visit an orthodox church/temple thing. THE MOST GNARLY THING I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. So the outside is really plain and black and the inside is legit like all gold and it's super dark(they won't let us take pics) and it's just so weird. They have icons literally everywhere and the walls are covered with ancient prophets from the orthodox church and then you have people kissing and bowing to these icons and stuff and it's just super crazy. and it is dead silent. But yeah we tried visiting the gift shop outside but it was closed. CRAZY. And afterwords we went to go look for russian bibles to buy bc why not its a russian bible that's pretty cool. So we're looking for this place forever. It was actually pretty cool bc we got to roam Chisinau and then we finally found it and bought some sweet bibles на русском. Overall just a cool pday. 8.5/10 probably.

Coolest news this week is that we have another baptismal date!!! *insert choir singing here* and his name is Alexei. He's a cool guy and we're just praying super hard for him. Missionary work is the greatest.

Next biggest thing this week was that we had transfers this week!! And guess where I'm going.....(drumroll pls)...........

yeah I'm staying right here in Chisinau with the same companion. So nothing happened. Sorry to disappoint you all. But legit I'm super stoked and it's about to be another tight transfer with my boi Elder Solov'iov. The sad part is that my other boi Elder Dumbrell is leaving us and is going to Balti. :'( but the good news is that my other other boi Elder Martindale is heading back from Chisinau to here :') It's going to be so good.

We did a bunch of service this week for this one family who moved from one apartment to another so that was cool. What wasn't cool is that they lived on the 9th floor and the elevator was broken. Needless to say I am still fit as ever(we did a bunch of running this week and I don't mean to boast in my own strength but I ran my best time this week so I'm kinda a big deal) but yeah it was great. Then we drove to the other place and put it in the new house. It was only on the first floor and the elevator was working(convenient) so it was all goods. Fun fact: they don't move things in boxes, they use bags here which is not only less convenient but also more fashionable. I now have a gnarly bruise on my shoulder from my handbag and from moving things. And then later in the week we went to this one lady's house and took apart some dressers, moved them to the new house, and put them back together. We basically just sat there and watch Pres Kabak do everything again bc whenever we would do something he would yell at us in Ukrainian. (woo)

Interesting things:
-I BEAT ELDER DUMBRELL IN PING PONG AGAIN only 2 times and it was out of ten games so basically the same ratio as last week. But on the bright side I killed him in darts. (pictures coming soon)
-I found Christmas music so I'm now jamming to some david archeleta and josh groban
-My language fast went great this week and I'm starting to think more in Russian which is cool. It started to die near the end but things are all gucci here.
-We got stuck in an elevator bc the Ukrainians were being dummies
-I ate a trump burger this week (description in the pictures email)
-..... that's all I can remember

There's this one page that I read in a book this week and it really made me think about my Mission. It talks about how we should make Christmas real and the way we can do that is by forgetting about ourselves. On the Mission I've really been trying to forget myself and just focus on the people and I'll admit it's very hard at times and I'm not very good at it but I'm really trying. Christmas is the perfect time for all of us to forget about ourselves and really truly serve one another. I didn't get any reports of service this last week so this is a lil "shame on you get to it this next week" type of challenge. Really try to forget about yourself this Christmas and I know that it will make it the greatest Christmas you've ever had. Also Light The World. 3 Nephi 11:10-11. Love you.

p.s I'm going to copy Kyle/Elder Lunt and shouts out the homies all over the world. Я люблью вас
