Well. Honestly I don't have much to say from this past week. But hopefully I'll remember something while I write lol.

So this last tuesday we contacted our FIRST referral. yee yee. It was some guy who lived out in a small town called Edinet. It's about 45 minutes-1 hour away from Balti. We took a lovely marshutka there and idk why but I have this thing whenever I'm in a car/plane/any vehicle I fall asleep so fast so I pretty much was just out the whole time. But we kept getting lost so we would ask these random people to help us out and they were super nice and took us around the whole town. Fun fun. We finally found the guy and he wasn't really interested in learning more he just wanted a book of mormon but it was still super cool and who knows? maybe there is something more in store that we don't know about. also we got to contact our first referral which is cool.

I had exchanges with Elder Lindsey this week and he is a stud. He's just out of training and his Russian is incredible. He works like crazy too so I'm learning tons from him. All the Elders here are so rad.

Yesterday was pretty cool because it was the last Sunday with one of the members(she's leaving on a mission- Ukraine Kyiv) and one of the missionaries(elder vashenko) is going home to Ukraine. They both gave their last talks in Balti and it was sweet bc we ended up having like 42 people come which is straight up double the normal number of people. I was so happy. It also was a perfect meeting with the spirit super strong.

annnd other than that we've just been meeting with lots of people and trying to be the best missionaries we can be. We have a lot of problems with all of our investigators and it's keeping them from being baptized and it's frustrating but we're working hard and we're seeking for the Lord's help through all of it. I know that God really does have a plan for everyone.

I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them. 

We all have our different weaknesses but I know that God gives them to us so that He can make us stronger. I've seen that through my weaknesses I've found so much strength and I feel like I've come closer to Him because of it. So if you have weaknesses don't get discouraged but just know that God is there and He WILL help you through them.

Hey everyone  Oh man it's been a fun week. Also we contacted pretty much all day every day but for some reason it was really fun? Also Elder Day got wrecked with a stomach bug and we've started to get colds but we've still been going out and getting work done.  We actually had people come to church this sunday! So that was sweet. Church is nice. I got to translate @ church and man my translating is so trash haha. It's really fun though. Something cool that happened is we prayed really hard to find a less-active member one day and we went out to some addresses to find them and on our way we stopped a guy and tried to talk to him and he was like "oh yeah i actually used to go to your church" and then we found out more and it turns out he was baptized a while ago and even had the priesthood at some point so that was so cool and we invited him to come back to church. 2 Countries 2 Missions 2 Mission Presidents 3 Areas 3 Languages 9 Companions Hundreds of lessons taught Hundreds of hours of contacting 2 Years As I'm writing this it still doesn't feel totally real and so it's a really strange feeling coming to the end. This is the last time I'll be sending an email as I'm going home next week.  My mission really has been the best 2 years. But it really wasn't anything that I had expected earlier. It has been the most difficult 2 years, the craziest 2 years, and the most peaceful 2 years of my life. I've learned so much and so much has changed in myself and others that it has completely flipped my life around. Well I now have officially less than a month left on a mission so that's weird. I would say I have a healthy amount of trunkiness. But you better believe that I'm still grinding every day.  It's been a hype week. I'll just get into the interesting things: -My companion had interviews this past week and while we were waiting at President's house Sister Kumferman pulls out ticket to ride and we had a good old bonding time. The Kumfermans are literally the best and I'm so sad that I didn't have an interview with him this time around. I love them so much. -That night was crazy and we ended up joining a Gypsy caravan. We were walking down a creepy alleyway and next thing we know we're surrounded by gypsies and they're speaking their weird gypsy tongue. We quickly escaped and went across some railroad tracks but there was a very long train on the tracks that was stopped and so we were like "dang" and so we climbed underneath the train to ge...
