Hey everyone 
Something cool that just happened is we were chilling in center Kiev when we get a call and hey it turns out there were some other missionaries who were гулять-ing in center. And then all of the sudden I hear "aye Whiting!" And Nichols from Moldova comes out of nowhere and so that was pretty insane. He came to Kiev for the week to go to the temple so I get to see a bunch of people from Moldova this week. 
Honestly it was a rough week haha. The weather has been raining off and on so it's been annoying to plan and we got canceled on almost every day. Just a rough week for work but we're still working hard and trying to figure out what we can do better. This next week will be great though because we have a temple trip, interviews, and my LAST zone conference how insane is that. 
My trainer came to Kiev this week and we had a good time catching up and doing some role plays to help us with our lessons and contacting. It was way fun though and we had a blast. Love that man.
Fun things from the week:
-I finished the Book of Mormon again this week and oh man I'm loving it more than ever. It's a good read so if any of you haven't read it I would recommend it.
-Our favorite movie to watch is "Mountain of the Lord" apparently I can do a pretty good Brigham Young impersonation and it's got some golden quotes. 
-I found out that Elder Day is very easy to scare so that's been fun
-I translated for a deaf guy in church last week. So I had to write down in russian what was going on while the speakers were talking. It was probably pretty trash but I had a good time with it
-The sisters in our district are absolutely killing it and so we have some sweet miracles happening all over the place, I got to give a blessing to one of their investigators and it was great. Blessings are so cool and the Spirit is so strong when they're given.
-My companion is literally the best and we've been having a good time here in Nova D. When we were at the zone leaders last week we sticky-noted their apartment up and just left awful Nova D puns everywhere it was great. Nova D(espacito) and Nova D(efence against the dark arts) were some highlights. 

Other than that it has been the usual rise and grind of missionary work and I'm loving it. BIG SHOUTOUT TO MAMAS

Hey everyone  Oh man it's been a fun week. Also we contacted pretty much all day every day but for some reason it was really fun? Also Elder Day got wrecked with a stomach bug and we've started to get colds but we've still been going out and getting work done.  We actually had people come to church this sunday! So that was sweet. Church is nice. I got to translate @ church and man my translating is so trash haha. It's really fun though. Something cool that happened is we prayed really hard to find a less-active member one day and we went out to some addresses to find them and on our way we stopped a guy and tried to talk to him and he was like "oh yeah i actually used to go to your church" and then we found out more and it turns out he was baptized a while ago and even had the priesthood at some point so that was so cool and we invited him to come back to church. 2 Countries 2 Missions 2 Mission Presidents 3 Areas 3 Languages 9 Companions Hundreds of lessons taught Hundreds of hours of contacting 2 Years As I'm writing this it still doesn't feel totally real and so it's a really strange feeling coming to the end. This is the last time I'll be sending an email as I'm going home next week.  My mission really has been the best 2 years. But it really wasn't anything that I had expected earlier. It has been the most difficult 2 years, the craziest 2 years, and the most peaceful 2 years of my life. I've learned so much and so much has changed in myself and others that it has completely flipped my life around. Well I now have officially less than a month left on a mission so that's weird. I would say I have a healthy amount of trunkiness. But you better believe that I'm still grinding every day.  It's been a hype week. I'll just get into the interesting things: -My companion had interviews this past week and while we were waiting at President's house Sister Kumferman pulls out ticket to ride and we had a good old bonding time. The Kumfermans are literally the best and I'm so sad that I didn't have an interview with him this time around. I love them so much. -That night was crazy and we ended up joining a Gypsy caravan. We were walking down a creepy alleyway and next thing we know we're surrounded by gypsies and they're speaking their weird gypsy tongue. We quickly escaped and went across some railroad tracks but there was a very long train on the tracks that was stopped and so we were like "dang" and so we climbed underneath the train to ge...
